Send us your property address and approximate roof age. We can use property information, aerial imagery and google photos to start evaluating whether rejuvenation is worth considering.
FREE ROOF HEALTH CHECK
We perform a thorough evaluation once a site visit is scheduled:
- Overall shingle condition
- Damaged or missing shingles
- Flashing and roof penetrations
- Organic growth and debris
- Signs of leaks or other significant problems
Not every roof qualifies. If replacement or significant repair makes more sense, we'll tell you.
PREPARE THE ROOF
CLEAR DEBRIS
Loose leaves, branches and surface debris are removed.
Repair or cleaning work beyond normal treatment preparation may be separately quoted or completed by a qualified roofing professional.
REJUVENATION TREATMENT
Once the roof qualifies and is ready, our SESO-based rejuvenation treatment is applied evenly across the qualifying asphalt-shingle surface.
